Precision parts are used in a variety of industries where fit/function with mating parts is critical. These are very small parts that typically run in 20-50 ton injection molding machines. Many of these parts rotate or slide on other parts, thus rigidity, combined with excellent abrasion resistance and/or lubricity is required. These components are often molded of Acetal or lubricated Nylon. Shot to shot repeatability is the hallmark of these tight tolerance parts where accuracy of .001-.002” is quite common.

Parts include small gears, brackets, push pins, light pipes, grommets, filter baskets, zipper components, etc.
